What will my first time in your gym be like?
First time in whether it is for a class or open gym, one of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the space and be there to assist you if needed. 2110 Fitness is a community, so we always want you to feel welcome and know you’re a part of something much more than a regular gym membership
Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?
We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? A CrossFit membership?

Small Group Training?
Want to get active again?
Whichever you are looking for in a fitness facility, we make it easy and convenient. With group classes running every day, which are periodized for the best results. Make it easy to come in and get a 45 minute workout in before or in the middle of your day. If there is a small group of you (4 or less) with similar goals, small group training is the way to go. It subsidizes the cost of the coach while delivers a personal level of coaching to get the results you are looking for more efficiently. Personal one-on-one coaching is a great way to get that individualized level of coaching. If any of the above answers what you’re looking for, then we encourage you to come and check us out!
How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
You’ve all heard the saying something is better than nothing. There are 7 days in a week and we recommend that you are doing something 4 of those days to see results.
I’m not in very good shape… can I do the classes?
The classes are set up so it’s “YOU vs. YOU”. We have a very diverse group of people who attend classes, so it’s a great way to meet new people, push yourself with someone similar in abilities, and see yourself grow and get stronger!
What’s your drop-in policy?
We love nothing more than having visitors from other gym come lift with us!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $25 per visit or offer a week-long punch pass for $50.
It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to the space. You can find our class schedule [here].
You may find that we do things a little differently than your “gym back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you uncomfortable, however, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
