Workout Programming

Here at 2110 we have various options for programming. Some options include 8 week standard program or access to an online program created for a general population. The standard 8 week program includes a consultation to understand your goals and a program walk through so you fully understand the objectives and movement patterns. The online program is built through an app designed to track weights as well as your maxes to better periodize your training for more efficient and effective workouts.
