We had a fantastic experience with 2110 Fitness for our U13AA hockey team’s dryland training! They provided a knowledgeable trainer who guided our team through exercises focused on cardio and an introduction to weightlifting—key components for keeping our players strong and conditioned both on and off the ice. Cory, our trainer, was outstanding—always encouraging, keeping the boys engaged, and ensuring they got the most out of each session.
