Using experience drawn from 10 years of gymnastic coaching and athlete development as well as a diploma in Personal Fitness Training from MRU, Stu incorporates into his programs aspects of strength and conditioning to achieve each and every goal for his clients. He values efficiency above all else and wants every client to get from Point A to Point B as quickly and safely as possible with a focus on core strength and stability to increase overall quality of life.

  • What is your favourite food?

    Burgers. I am currently, and probably will forever be, on the hunt for the best burger ever. If you know a good one, let me know!

  • If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would it be? Have you been there yet?

    If I could go anywhere it would be Norway. I’ve always wanted to try wingsuit flying and that’s the place I’d want to do it. Either that or maybe go to Switzerland to hike some incredible mountains or ride a mountain bike down them!

  • Favourite restaurant? (Can be anywhere in the world).

    Current fav is Una Pizza. They consistently provide a delicious cheat meal option without going too far overboard on the calories.

  • What is your sport? Do you have a favourite team or athlete right now?

    Favourite Sport is probably gymnastics. I was a gymnast for a long time and that will always be something I enjoy watching. Otherwise I’ve recently sparked a big interest in Golf and I also really enjoy watching that.

  • Favourite movie?

    Picking just one favourite movie is almost impossible, the contenders for my favourite are The Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park or Batman The Dark Knight.
